Economic Progress: Helping Business Owners Think Bigger About Assets, Wealth, and Economic Progress

Businesspeople Meeting To Look At Plans In Empty Office

We are excited to introduce Building a Legacy of Ownership & Community, also known as BLOC, a powerful, hands-on educational experience designed for business owners who are ready to think bigger, explore ownership, and take bold next steps toward long-term wealth and community impact.

BLOC creates space to step back and look at the bigger picture: How do we move from simply operating a business to building assets, creating legacy, and participating in economic development?

Through this experience, participants will explore how real estate, ownership, land acquisition, commercial property, community development, and capital readiness can play a critical role in building wealth and creating long-term impact.

Over the course of six months, WEOP will select a dedicated group of participants to take a deeper dive into the strategies, relationships, and decision-making processes connected to ownership and development.

Participants will be encouraged to consider opportunities such as land acquisition, commercial property ownership, real estate development, and community-centered investment. These conversations are designed to help business owners understand how ownership can become a pathway to generational wealth, business expansion, and broader economic progress.

BLOC will feature discussion leaders and business professionals across banking, real estate, development, lending, and community economic development. When business owners begin to understand land, buildings, development, financing, and asset-building, they are better positioned to make strategic decisions that can shape their future.

This connects directly to one of our core Konometrics pillars: Ownership Power.

BLOC is supported by Pinnacle Financial Partners and TruFund.

Stay tuned for updates about BLOC as we continue building a pathway for entrepreneurs and business owners to think bigger about ownership, legacy, and impact.
