If you have been focused on growing your business day to day, this is your opportunity to step back and look at the bigger picture, how you can build real wealth and long-term impact. During the sessions we will explore how real estate, economic development, and ownership play a critical role in creating legacy.

Over the course of six months, we will select a dedicated group of participants and take a deep dive into these topics. This is all about shifting how you think, moving beyond operations and into strategy, assets, and ownership.

This is an opportunity to consider opportunities like land acquisition, commercial property ownership, and how positioning yourself in these spaces can create generational wealth.

Featured as discussion leaders will be business professionals across banking, real estate, and community development, providing direct access to knowledge, networks, and opportunity.

We are kicking things off on May 13, 2026, with a powerful session featuring two dynamic professionals:

• LaToya, Vice President, Southeast Region at the Low Income Investment Fund, bringing deep expertise in lending and financing
• ZaZa Davis, Founder of Zeal Deal Capital, a developer actively involved with major projects
